How we deliver
Vaps Shops delivers across all seven emirates of the UAE. We are an online-only retailer, so every order is brought to your door by our own delivery team or a courier partner. There is no shop to collect from.
Delivery times
Dubai
Orders placed inside our working hours of 10:00am to 11:00pm are delivered within 2 hours anywhere in Dubai. Traffic conditions can extend this, and orders placed after 11:00pm are delivered the following day.
The rest of the UAE
We deliver to Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain within 24 hours of the order being confirmed.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on every order over AED 350. Orders below AED 350 carry a delivery charge, which is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before the order is dispatched. You will never be charged a delivery fee you have not agreed to.
How payment works
You pay when your order arrives. We never take payment online and we never ask for card details over the phone or on WhatsApp.
- Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman – pay by card on delivery, cash on delivery, or bank transfer.
- Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain – cash on delivery or bank transfer. Card machines are not available with our drivers in these emirates.
Order confirmation
Every order is confirmed on WhatsApp before it is dispatched. We will confirm the items, the total, the delivery window and the payment method with you. If we cannot reach you, the order is held rather than sent.
Age restriction
The products we sell contain nicotine and are for adults only. Our driver may ask to see identification on delivery and can refuse to hand over an order to anyone who appears to be under age.
Problems with a delivery
If your order is late, incomplete or arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp at +971 56 389 8101 and we will resolve it. See our Returns and Refund Policy for what happens next.
