To deliver an order we need your name, delivery address, emirate and mobile number. If you create an account we also store your email address and a hashed password. We record what you ordered, when, and the total.
We do not store card numbers. Payment is taken on delivery, in person, so no card details are ever entered on this website or held by us.
When you just browse
Like most websites we automatically receive your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the site that referred you. This arrives through cookies and server logs.
When you contact us
Messages you send us on WhatsApp are stored in that conversation so we can handle your order and any follow-up. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own privacy terms apply to the message transport.
