These terms govern your use of vapsshops.com and any order you place with Vaps Shops. By ordering from us you accept them. Last updated 14 August 2026.
1. Who you are buying from
Vaps Shops is an online vape retailer operating in the United Arab Emirates, trading through vapsshops.com. We hold no physical shopfront open to the public; all orders are placed remotely and delivered.
2. Age requirement
You must be of legal smoking age in your territory to buy from us. The products sold here contain nicotine, which is highly addictive. By placing an order you confirm you meet that age requirement. Our driver may request identification on delivery and may refuse to hand over an order if it is not provided or if the recipient appears to be under age. A refused delivery for this reason is not eligible for compensation.
3. Health warning
Products sold on this site may contain nicotine, a highly addictive substance. They are intended for adult smokers. They are not suitable for non-smokers, people under the legal smoking age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone with a heart condition. Nicotine can expose you to chemicals known to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and we make no claim that vaping is a smoking-cessation treatment.
4. Placing an order
Adding items to your basket and submitting the order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract forms when we confirm your order on WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, we cannot verify your age, or the delivery address is outside the areas we serve.
5. Prices
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep pricing accurate, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel at no cost.
6. Payment
Payment is taken on delivery. We never collect payment online and never ask for card details by phone or message. Any message claiming to be from us and requesting card details or an online transfer to an unfamiliar account is fraudulent – please report it to us.
- Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman – card on delivery, cash on delivery, or bank transfer.
- Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain – cash on delivery or bank transfer only.
7. Delivery
Delivery times, charges and coverage are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery windows are estimates made in good faith; traffic and conditions outside our control can affect them.
8. Returns
Our Returns and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In short: we replace or refund items that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, reported within 48 hours. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on nicotine products.
9. Product information and images
We describe products as accurately as we can using manufacturer specifications. Photographs are representative; packaging, colour and design can change without notice when a manufacturer updates a product. Flavour descriptions are subjective and a matter of individual taste.
10. Warranty
Devices carry the manufacturer warranty supplied with them. Consumables – disposables, pods, coils and e-liquid – are not covered by warranty once used. We are not the manufacturer and our liability is limited to the value of the goods you purchased.
11. Acceptable use of this website
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, place fraudulent orders, or use our brand, text or images without permission. All content on this site, including product copy and photography we have produced, remains our property or that of the respective manufacturer.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
