Our take
The 0.3Ω PA coil genuinely turns this into a different device than the 0.8Ω setup — real sub-ohm cloud output at higher wattage versus a controlled MTL pull. If you want both styles from one Crown D, keep a coil of each on hand and swap between pods rather than trying to compromise on one resistance.
How to use
Press-fit a PA coil into the pod base, snap off the mouthpiece to fill, reseal, wait 5-10 minutes, then insert into the Crown D and set wattage to the coil’s recommended range.
